Invitation: Three lectures seminar “The Glass Age”

We bring to your attention an extraordinary seminar, given by prof. Paul A. Bingham from 27 - 29 November, 2024.

Professor Bingham has over 25 years' experience in his field and a strong international research and innovation group working primarily in glasses, ceramics, energy, and waste management. He also participates in many external and internal committees and panels and contributes to teaching in Materials Engineering at Sheffield Hallam University.

    Topic: Towards More Sustainable Glass Manufacture: Energy, Efficiency and Emissions
  • November 29, Friday | 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
    Topic: New Glasses for Next-Generation Solar Energy Devices

These events are organized as a part of the Visiting Scientist programme under the Horizon 2020 project “FunGlass” – grant agreement Nº739566. Project partners including CLiCAM are invited to join lectures online via MS Teams.
