We are pleased to announce that CLiCAM ERA Talents, Dr. Rajesh Mundotia and Dr. Kamalan Mosas, have successfully completed an intensive Advanced Pilot PVD and PECVD Maintenance Training at the AGC Technovation Centre, Charleroi, Belgium!

This specialized program offered hands-on experience and in-depth technical insights into pilot-scale operations for next-generation thin-film applications.

Throughout the training, Dr. Mundotia and Dr. Mosas focused on:

• Advanced Maintenance: mastering complex diagnostics and preventive maintenance protocols to ensure maximum system uptime and performance.
• Practical Tasks: performing real-world operations such as conveyor assembly work, rotary cathode replacement, magnetic field measurements, water leakage checks, and hollow cathode disassembly.
• System Upgradation: exploring critical coater enhancements including Plasma activation, HiPIMS, substrate bias, and substrate heating for future innovation.
