Learning from their cutting-edge advanced manufacturing and analytical tools and methodologies will significantly contribute to the project's success, allowing ERA Talent to optimize and enhance the properties of next-generation materials for Plasma sprayed functional graded ceramic/metallic coating systems, such as for example Thermal Barrier Coatings, Areal Heater Systems, Advanced Electronic Components (Resistors and Capacitors), etc., where a controlled way of its production by plasma spray technologies are pivotal for optimizing their performance and durability. Except the planned experimental work, learning industrial good practices via the scheduled workshops and meetings in Health and Safety, Projects Management, Intellectual Property Rights and Technology Transfer enable foster academic approaches to its required transition via understanding product-based development into closer EU academia-industry cooperation.
